Why Is It Fried Fish Stick On The Pan

Italy Tuesday, January 13 - Blue Mountains

Taking advantage of a day when nobody was working, we started, accompanied by Richard (a Venetian hypermetabolic) at the time of the Blue Mountains. This mountain range rises to an hour and a half drive from Sydney, and takes its name from the fact that, around sunset, the color tends to blue. This peculiarity is due to the fumes of the many eucalyptus trees that cover most of the mountains. Of course they are not particularly high, there's a maximum of just over 1000 meters or something. However, the trip was very pleasant, and some views literally leave you breathless, half of them also go into the valleys, sawn from streams, rivers and waterfalls, it really gives the impression of entering into a past dominated by nature and ancient magic.
